*This allows 2 people to be infused at the same time and location * After selecting your time, you'll be directed to a booking page to enter your details (name, address, phone) for the 1st person. Below are spots for the 2nd person's name and email address and what IV treatment( (Immunity, Hangover, Recovery, or Illness) you both would like. Once booked, you'll receive an email confirmation with a medical intake form to complete before your appointment. Each person receiving treatment must submit their own form. Thank you!

Service Area: Westwood IV offers In-Home IV Therapy within our current service area, including Canton, Dedham, Dover, Foxboro, Medfield, Millis, Natick, Needham, Newton, Norfolk, Norwood, Wrentham, Walpole, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston, Westwood, West Roxbury.  There may be a surcharge for anything outside of this service area. We also offer group discounts for weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, sports events, etc. and can offer financial assistance for qualifying individuals.
